Teen Finance 101, taught by Marjorie Anderson, Author of “The Key: Wise Money Choices for Teens,” focuses on teaching teens the importance of money management and the basic financial principles necessary for their future as adults. In a world that runs on credit, decisions that teenagers make now can affect their lives well into adulthood. It is vital that teens learn to build good financial habits at a young age. Ms. Anderson seeks to assist in this development.
The course will focus on Ms. Anderson’s book, The Key: Wise Money Choices for Teens, and each class will cover a different chapter. Class starts September 22, 2015, and will be held one Tuesday per month, 6:30pm to 7:30 pm at the Georgetown Recreation Center, 1003 N. Austin Ave, Georgetown, TX 78626.
